Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that the jewelry is free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, as they are specially crafted according to your specifications.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Carefully package the item in its original packaging. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or design, please follow the same return process outlined above. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
